The UPecon Foundation and USAID's Office of Economic Policy Plans met with PIDS experts to explore possible solutions to private sector job creation constraints in the PH economy. This is part of USAID's project which aims to update the constraint analyses for PH to inform U.S. assistance strategy and programs.
The meeting was attended by Senior Research Fellows Dr. Erlinda Medalla, Dr. Vicente Paqueo, Dr. Ramonette Serafica, USAID’s Caroline Smith, and UPecon Foundation’s Ricky Guzman. It was held at the PIDS office in Quezon City on May 24, 2017.
