The Philippines' ASEAN 2026 Chairship presents a unique opportunity to advance regional economic cooperation at a time of rapid technological change, shifting global supply chains, and growing calls for sustainable and inclusive growth.

How can the country strengthen its leadership in promoting digital transformation and resilient supply chains? How can ASEAN and APEC work together to foster a more connected and competitive regional economy?

The Philippine APEC Study Center Network (PASCN) of the Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS), in collaboration with De La Salle University, will host a policy symposium titled “Aligning ASEAN 2026 Priorities with APEC Agendas: Advancing Digital Transformation and Resilient Supply Chains in the Asia-Pacific” on July 15, 2026, from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the De La Salle University and via Zoom.

Join the DLSU-PIDS-PASCN Policy Symposium, where policymakers, researchers, business leaders, and development partners will examine the Philippines' progress in advancing its ASEAN 2026 Priority Economic Deliverables and explore how these can be aligned with broader Asia-Pacific priorities.

The symposium will feature discussions on digital transformation, resilient supply chains, MSME participation in regional value chains, and regional economic integration. Through evidence-based dialogue, the event aims to generate practical policy recommendations to help strengthen the Philippines' leadership and support a more innovative, resilient, and inclusive regional economy.
