The country’s year-on-year inflation rate slowed down to 4.1 percent in February, from 4.2 percent in January. The National Statistics Office (NSO) reported that slower annual movements registered was due to the indices of alcoholic beverages and tobacco; and transport while the rest of the commodity groups were either higher or remained the same as their last month’s rate.
